Krystal is an experienced Mental Health Social Worker who is committed to providing quality counselling to clients from a person-centred approach that enables them to reach their goals and live a life congruent to their values.


Krystal believes in the need of all people to live a life that has purpose and meaning, and she facilitates this exploration in counselling with a curious interest that enables clients to find their strengths.


She is trauma informed trained, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing accredited and identifies as LGBTIQ+ friendly.
