Staff Profile_Sharon Tomkinson

Meet Sharon


Sharon Tomkinson is a contractor for EASA/Corp Workplace solutions and passionate NLP Practitioner who bases the work she does on thinking that Learning is Life.


Sharon conducts training both face-to-face and online for EASA/CORP. She specialises in facilitating and coaching for personal and organisational development; scoping organisation training needs; and using a range of NLP language and sensory-based interventions and behaviour-modification techniques. This is to help improve an individual's self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and social actions.


Sharon also facilitates the Drink Driving Education course at the Darwin office every several weeks. True to her ethos, Sharon has over 25 years of experience in the education area and has extensive experience across both public and private sectors in various senior leadership positions, providing her with a rare depth of knowledge when it comes to management; communication and marketing; and training and development.
