Formal Referral

CORP assists organisations and employees to maximise positive workplace behaviour by offering an external, clear performance management process that articulates issues, expectations and outcomes for all parties and supports them through the process.

Formal referrals can also be accessed as a constructive support structure to assist a staff member in areas where growth in skills or knowledge is required to undertake their role.
