Leader Aid provides confidential short-term coaching and support for leaders dealing with challenging workforce issues. Leader Aid is provided by highly experienced clinicians and offers a sounding board as well as tools, strategies, recommendations or referrals where appropriate.
Common reasons why people access Leader Aid are managing performance issues, communication problems, organisational change or concerns about employee wellbeing including risk of suicide.
