Organisational Induction

Induction is a critical part of the employee life cycle, forming the employee’s first impression of the organisation. Unfortunately, due to competing organisational demands it can be hard to find the time and resources to deliver effectively. CORP works with organisations to contribute to the delivery of an organisational induction program focusing on topics such as organisational values, appropriate workplace behaviours and how to access the Employee Assistance Program.
