This workshop explores the fundamental skills and knowledge required to deliver learning programs for adults. Participants gain an understanding of the ways that adults learn best, and of delivery approaches to meet the needs of diverse groups with a range of preferred learning styles.

Participants consider what it means to be a great facilitator of adult learning and practice new skills in a safe and supportive environment to build their confidence.
