Werner is a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years of experience across South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.


His doctoral research focused on resiliency in single-parent families affected by HIV/AIDS, reflecting his commitment to addressing complex issues.


Werner has worked in diverse clinical settings, including private practice and public health environments, with expertise in infant and child mental health, family services, adult community mental health, and outpatient care.


He is trained in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, Rogerian Client-Centered Therapy, and REBT.


Werner integrates neuropsychologically informed body-based interventions and emphasises mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and whole-body movement exercises.
