Meet Cara

Cara has recently joined the team at EASA and is our new Clinical Manager.

Based in the Darwin office, Cara comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience across many therapies and areas of mental health and wellbeing. She has experience and a passion for working with DBT, supporting people to develop skills to manage intense emotions and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Cara works from a person-centred approach and enjoys connecting with people and supporting them to build their life worth living.

Originally from Victoria, Cara has enjoyed the move to Darwin and exploring all the wonderful things the territory has to offer.
